Beirut Baklava is a modern gourmand with a vintage spirit- a love letter to Beirut and the sweets that glaze its history! It opens with sparkling bergamot, sweetened by syrupy orange blossom and spiced with green cardamom, an aromatic wink to the Levant’s spice-laced desserts. The heart melts into soft vanilla cream, fluffed with heliotrope, which then leads into our signature baklava accord: Toasted, nutty, syrupy, and buttery facets marry together the senses of taste and smell.

The dry-down is unexpected and unforgettable: supple yet subtle leather intertwined with vanilla absolute and aged cedarwood ground the gourmand warmth with texture and depth, evoking the ambiance of an old Beirut pastry shop. These matured notes- laced with sugar and butter- carry you into the shop’s walls aged by decades of baking, where the air is filled with the scent of toasted nuts, sweet syrup, and the shuffle of worn leather bags and bustling hands.
