Pastel Rumours by Sarah Baker is an Oriental Vanilla fragrance for Women & Men. 

It’s fun. It’s very fruity but also powdery to my nose. I envision pouring fuirtloops into a bowl and you get the sugary powder dust and then pouring milk into the bowl. It’s a rainbow!
